As a naturopathic doctor and mother of two young girls, I have a deep appreciation for how transformative—and at times overwhelming—the transition into parenthood can be. In my own experience, the combination of disrupted sleep, increased demands, and the challenge of balancing my own well-being while caring for my family led to a period of significant fatigue and imbalance. This journey ultimately shaped my commitment to supporting adults in midlife, particularly those navigating parenthood and the postpartum period—individuals like you who may be feeling stretched thin.

If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on empty, you’re not alone. Many of my patients come to me relying on caffeine to get through the day, skipping meals or eating whatever is convenient, and struggling to find the time or energy to care for themselves. Together, we take a step back to understand the root causes of these symptoms and create a personalized plan that is both realistic and sustainable. My focus is on helping you restore your energy, regulate your mood, and rebuild a sense of balance in a way that fits into your life—so you can show up for your family and yourself with greater clarity, resilience, and ease.
